The location

Very little interior lighting, the curtains don't close properly and people outside see you, dangerous stairs, they don't even leave a bottle of water, the upstairs is very hot despite having air conditioning

Just the friendliness of the staff

There was no hot water, the shower flooded, the curtains were transparent and not the size of the windows, at six in the morning all the sun came in, a super dangerous staircase to get to the bed, very uncomfortable, we couldn't bathe

The location and the friendliness of the staff

The bed was very hard, the stairs are uncomfortable but above all the little light in the bathroom, which is the only place where there is a mirror and I couldn't put on makeup for the event I went to because it doesn't look good at all.
